This administrative role handles client onboarding from start to finish. Accurately open new accounts and assist customers with updates to their account. Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized with time management skills in a fast-paced office. Proactive communications to set-up client accounts.

This position works very closely with internal departments, regulatory requirements and compliance, account custodians, and financial advisors.

Process new and existing account applications, communicate with clients by telephone to set up accounts and proactively keep clients updated. Track onboarding activity status and completion. Communicate with advisors and custodians on completion status. Obtain and document information related to account set up. Once fully trained, you will process and handle ACAT transfers, money allocations, etc.

Once you are trained in the procedural aspects of the position, you will handle IRA, 401K, Annuity, and other money transfers per client requests.

Quick and accurate data entry (touch typing at 50wpm)
Administrative experience of 2 years or more handling complex and detailed paperwork, accounts, etc.
Financial experience helpful

This position has a great deal of training involved and is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

$27-$30/hr. DOE. College degree in a related field.

Hours are: 8:30-5, M-F. You will work in an office and not remotely.
