Indefinite Bilingual Spanish temporary office support role in a Claims Department. Support adjusters and management team.

Process payments, follow special handling directions, maintain claim processing (data entry), and procedure record keeping. Update daily log/records and respond to daily activities in the log/office diary.

This requires someone with superb attention to detail and very quick typing and data entry skills. Schedule medical appointments and prepare records/individual files. Updated claim information in various reports, in real-time. File notices with State agencies.

Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel skills)
Touch typing at 45wpm or above accurately
Intermediate Math skills
Problem solving, analytical skills
Good communication both verbally and written
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Medical claims terminology preferred
BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS, FINANCE, MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP, OR OFFICE ADMINISTRATION DESIRED. COMPANY WILL CONSIDER AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE AS WELL.
Able to work at home. You need to reside in Southern California
Pass background check. Proof of degree is needed.

$21.00-$23.00 depending upon degree and experience. This is a long-term temporary spot and does not offer the ability to be hired as a regular employee. Work is at home and you will need to have a strong Internet connection.
