1st point of contact in-person and by phone; meet and greet visitors and clients
Maintain clean conference and common areas
Prepare documents and arrangements for in-person meetings
Assist with remote office scheduling
Maintain all supplies and ordering
Manage US mail
Client surveys and response tracking
Monitor incoming text message and route
This person will also handle the coordination of any technical issue with phones, assist leadership with projects, coordiante live interviews for the President, and other administrative duties.

MS Office proficiency, job stability, and 3 years of experience in a front desk reception/coordinator/admin-type role.

$23-$27/Hr DOE
