Busy office is adding an Administrative Support team member.

Fast and accurate touch typing (45wpm+), proficient Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. Handle incoming calls and emails. Calendaring, set up and order for lunch meetings, prepare reports, and general office tasks. Large part of the day is typing reports and documents. High level of confidentiality is necessary. .

  • Excellent communication skills with strong grammar and spelling skills
  • MS Office proficient.
  • 2+ years administrative experience working with a small team
  • Pitch-in style with top-notch organization skills
  • Able to work with a dog in the office.
  • Stable job history

Temporary-to-hire, M-F. $19.50/hour. Pay increases to $20/hr once hired as regular employee and benefits include: Medical, dental, paid time off, sick pay, and 401k plan.
