Well-rounded office skills set, with at least 18 months or more traditional office experience needed for this upcoming opening. Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and clerical tasks in a timely manner. MS Office proficiency, quick typing, and data entry.

This person will also make outbound calls for additional information needed, order updates, and general sales support calls. Maintain tracking information on spreadsheets, compose and respond to customer emails.

Competent using Excel, Word, and Outlook
Quick touch typing (40wpm+)
Accuracy and detail-oriented
Personable, professional, and engaging phone manner
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work deadlines
Long-Term temporary position for about 3-4 months, which may grow into a temporary-to-hire role.

Regular and consistent attendance is needed.

$18.00-18.50/hr DOE, M-F 8a-5pm
