Administration of primary contracts for established and new accounts including customer relations and order follow-up. Strong communicator with analytical aptitude. Work well independently in fast-paced department with ability to work through interruptions. Excellent time management and focus is necessary with skill to problem solve. Work as part of a team.

Train and develop self for personal performance enhancement

  • Monitor supply chain (vendors) for timely delivery options
  • Process orders per specification
  • Function as point of contact for all customer needs
  • Maintain detailed files
  • Prepare report
  • Competent with business mathematics

High proficiency in MS Excel. Proficient using MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

High school diploma. College desired. Ideal candidate will have Account Management or related background.
