Customer-oriented Receptionist needed to support a Santa Clarita office
- Primary phone coverage
- Respond to emails
- Front office meet and greet
- Checking in office visitors and updating daily calendar
- Update records in multiple computer systems and on spreadsheet tracker
- Scan, copy, file
- Assist with special projects and events when applicable
Position requires competent MS Office skills including MS Excel knowledge,
2 years+ previous office support experience and accurate typing of at least 40 wpm.
We are seeking a candidate to report to the physical office daily, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
Position is temp to hire and open immediately.
