Customer-oriented Receptionist needed to support a Santa Clarita office

  • Primary phone coverage
  • Respond to emails
  • Front office meet and greet
  • Checking in office visitors and updating daily calendar
  • Update records in multiple computer systems and on spreadsheet tracker
  • Scan, copy, file
  • Assist with special projects and events when applicable

Position requires competent MS Office skills including MS Excel knowledge,

2 years+ previous office support experience and accurate typing of at least 40 wpm.

We are seeking a candidate to report to the physical office daily, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.

Position is temp to hire and open immediately.
