Valencia office has an immedaite opening for a versatile candidate with 2+years experience as an administrative assistant with primary reception duties.

  • Schedule appointmnets
  • Arrange Zoom meetings
  • Record keeping
  • Meeting set up
  • Handle lunches
  • Emails
  • General office tasks

Will manage office deadlines. MS Office proficient. Self-starter, dependable. College degree dessired and will consider someone with degree/certification “in-progress.”

$23/hr, 8:30a-5pm, M-F., Temporary-to-hire
