Customer Service Specialist with a “love of food” needed!

Seeking a customer service “foodie” team member. Connect with customers primarily by phone. Ability to learn quickly and retain information Computer savvy, (MS Office and Google Workspace). Superb follow-up, research, and customer interaction. Some QuickBooks experience in invoicing needed. Thick-skinned and able to work with a variety of people.

Take/process orders via phone and email, customer research including product availability/inventory, and order troubleshooting. Shipment labeling, and Fed-Ex tracking. Lots of detailed work with scanning, filing, emailing, spreadsheet updating, etc.

  • Stable work history with focus on inbound/outbound office customer service
  • Strong office clerical skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • FedEx tracking
  • Invoicing experience using QuickBooks

Flexible to work 8am-6pm based on weekly office needs. Company offers good benefits.

Temp to hire opportunity. Located in the East side of the San Fernando Valley.

Bilingual English-Spanish helpful, not required. Food industry, distribution, or related industry preferred.
