TEMPORARY-TO-HIRE career opportunity

Consulting services office is seeking an administrative assistant/office manager to handle all the offices correspondence, contracts, scheduling, clerical tasks, main reception duties and the accounting functions. A/P, A/R, billing, invoicing on Quickbooks. Candidate needs to be very savvy using Quickbooks Pro or Quickbooks current version and competent handling all aspects of accounting. Full scope of the MS Office Suite with focus in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Full time position, temporary-to-hire 8:30a-5p, M-F.

Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
Well-versed in accounting functions on Quickbooks
Proficient MS Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
Meeting arrangements, calendaring skills
