***INBOUND HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER REP-95% REMOTE WITH TRAININGS IN LONG BEACH***OFFICE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND COMPANY WILL TRAIN FOR CALL CENTER.

FLEXIBLE TO WORK BETWEEN 7A-7PM. TRAIN 8a-5p, THEN SHIFT TO A SET SCHEDULE BETWEEN 7A-7PM ABLE TO WORK 1 OR 2 SATURDAYS EACH MONTH. JOB IS REMOTE 90% OF THE TIME. TRAINING OCCURS IN LONG BEACH.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED. MS OFFICE BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND TOUCH TYPING. WILL TRAIN ON VARIOUS PLATFORMS AND WORK ON 2 SCREENS.

  • RESIDE 30-35 MILES FROM LOS ANGELES
  • Experience working in a remote customer service/call center highly desired
  • FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID AND AT LEAST 1 BOOSTER. (COMPANY WILL CONSIDER SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO GET BOOSTER 10 DAYS PRIOR TO STARTING)
  • PASS FULL BACKGROUND CHECK, ** TB TEST, AND DRUG SCREEN UPON ACCEPTANCE OF JOB OFFER** AND PROVIDE PROOF OF **COVID VACCINATION**.
  • ANNUAL FLU/HEP-B VACCINES OR DECLINATION
