Friendly Santa Clarita Valley Construction office has an immediate opening for a detailed Assistant to perform some of the following duties:
Answer phones and respond email correspondence
Update Client Files/Data Entry
Scanning and filing documents/records
Assist with special projects as assigned
Position requires at least 1 year of Admin related experience.
Working knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook are required. Candidates should type at least 45 wpm. We are seeking a detailed, reliable candidate who is self-motivated.
