ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-Temporary leave of absence coverage in HR Department over the next 3+months.

3+ years experience in an HR Department in an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator position assisting with onboarding, paperwork, applicant tracking, department phones, employee assistance, and compliance assistance.

Position works with the HR and operations departments. Fast paced work environment with tight deadlines. Availability for the next 4+ months without vacation/time-off is essential. Reliability is key to this position and also a stable job history.

MS Office proficient
Strong Administrative skills with multi-tasking
HRIS or other tracking software for Human Resources
Excellent communication skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work with digital and paper files
Great phone skills to assist employees, applicants, and internal staff
Will also assist with employee activity coordination and events, and other HR functions under the direction of the other HR Team members.

Experience with ChatGPT a plus, company utilizes ChatGPT regularly.

$23-$25/hr. DOE. Hours: 8am-5pm.
