Phone experience handling customer calls (inbound and outbound), order entry, and customer follow-up call.

Provide quotes, pricing, order status/delay updates, and troubleshooting. Good retention, quick learner, and multi-tasking skills. A stable work history is a necessity and at least 2 years of office customer service with a focus on phone calls is necessary.

Company seeks someone with an engaging, friendly demeanor.

Proficient in basic level of: Word, Outlook, and Excel
Accurate touch typing at 35wpm+
Order and quote spreadsheet tracking
Good verbal and written communication skills, excellent grammar and spelling
Positive, helpful phone tone. This person will work with other departments. Position is set to start in the middle of May. Temporary-to-hire opportunity
