Admin Assistant with Human Resources, Payroll, or Work Comp office Admin or coordinator experience. 3+years experience in an Administrative role. Solid Administrative skills, good phone manner, Excel and Outlook high proficiency including using Task function in Outlook, and Excel formulas. Update/maintain records, mail processing, scanning, filing, and other office tasks. Research information to assist businesses with HR/Payroll related questions. Position has a large amount of data tracking on spreadsheets.
College courses or college degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
