Detail-oriented individual needed for Temporary leave of absence coverage over the next 4-6 months. 2+ Years experience in an administrative role. Availability for the next 4-6 months without vacation/time-off is essential.

Handle a variety of office administrative support including: phones, record keeping and management, onboarding, and other tasks to support Human Resources and Operations teams.

MS Office proficient, excellent communication skills, ability to work with digital and paper records. Company utilizes ChatGPT regularly, and this person should be comfortable using it. Assist with employee activities, engagement, questions, and other HR-office tasks. Detail-oriented, helpful demeanor, pitch-in style.

$23-$25/hr DOE. Hours: 8am-5pm. Reliability is key to this position.
