Position begins in mid-to-late February. Take orders by phone and input information, handle product knowledge questions, quotes, follow up on order tracking/tracing. Excellent communication skills are necessary. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and good math skills for measurements.
Call Center experience, home improvement, or related customer service high volume call experience desired. 8a-5p Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, AND 7a-5p (1 hr overtime) on Wednesdays plus some overtime when needed
Touch typing above 35wpm
Competent using Word and Excel
Alphabetic/numeric data entry
Available to work overtime
Clerical skills-scan, file, etc.
Temporary-to-hire, Benefits once hired as a regular employee. Job stability is necessary.
