We are seeking a Recruitment Support specialist that will perform clerical and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment support for HR
Outbound calling to plan and schedule appointments for candidates
Comfortable on phones and reliable to handle return calls
Compile documents – paper and electronic filing
Data Entry
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration and/or recruitment experience
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Google Docs (will train)
Excellent grammar, spelling and communication skills
Temp to Hire, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30 with a half hour lunch. Employer officers Medical, Dental and Vision. Federal Holidays off and the last 2 weeks off in December for holiday break.
