Blended front office Customer Service and Reception opening ahead.

Position will be temporary to start, and may evolve into a regular position at the company.

Prior experience with customer care/interaction calls, both inbound and outbound with consistent customer follow-up. This position handles quotes, pricing, order status/delay updates, troubleshooting, and reception back-up. Multi-tasking skills are needed with good retention. A stable work history is a necessity with 18 months or more experience at each office job where you have worked prior.

Company seeks someone with an engaging, friendly demeanor.

Proficiency using both Excel and Word
Accurate touch typing at 45wpm+
Prepare mail, quotes, outbound shipping labels and paperwork
Editing and updating existing spreadsheets to track quotes and order details
General office tasks (file, copy, fax, email replies)
Positive, helpful phone tone
Good verbal and written communication skills, excellent grammar and spelling
Well-organized to meet and exceed office deadlines
This person will assist sales department when needed. Duties will change to meet business demands, and some days may be more than 50% of your day handling phone calls and making outbound update calls.

8-5, Occasional overtime may occur during weekdays
