Blended role as a Customer Service Technician you will assist with all software and app solutions, you will work with Engineers and the Sales team to optimize solutions. Build strong relationships with the customers to have a great technical support team to assist them and solve any issues that may arise when they are using the product.

-Writes technical manuals for software and app solutions and proficient in software installation and usage.

-Train customers on software and app solutions.

Database: Assists IT to maintain technical support management and tracking system.

Knowledge/Skills: Familiar with MS SQL and MS ACESS database. Time management is extremely important you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong ability on technical writing.
