Customer Service Department is adding to the team.
Phone and email orders, quotes, and assist with product information/availability. Delay notifications ad shipment tracking. 18 months+ in-office customer service experience handling phoned-in and online orders,
Experience needed: call center order processing, order entry/placement for business clients, or special order desk-type in retail home improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Math aptitude (measurements, percentages)
- Quick typing (35wpm+)
- Alpha/numeric data entry
- Intermediate Excel and Word
- Able to shift duties easily
Friendly, helpful, and engaging phone demeanor. Good retention and able to easily learn product information. Available to work overtime as needed. Assist with special projects for customer service/inside sales teams..
8a-5p regular schedule. *Required weekly all-staff 7am meeting (1 hour of overtime on meeting day)
$17.82/hr to start, room to grow.
Temporary-to-hire opportunity. Ability to learn and earn incremental pay becomes available after 90 days. Nice benefits once hired as regular employee.
