**BILINGUAL FLUENT FLUENT ENGLISH / CANTONESE or MANDARIN. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE NEEDED, SHIFTS ARE FROM 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm OR 10am-7am.

**REQUIREMENT FOR CONSIDERATION IS THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A ****HIGH VOLUME CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER**** or HIGH VOLUME INCOMING CUSTOMER SERVICE 80-100+ CALLS PER DAY. COMPANY WILL PAY YOU FOR TRAINING FOR 4 WEEKS, ***-95% REMOTE, SOME MEETINGS AND TRAININGS WILL BE HELD IN PERSON IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD.

TRAINING IS 8AM-5PM, M-F, THEN MOVE TO A SET SCHEDULE BETWEEN 7A-7PM WITH 1 OR 2 SATURDAYS EACH MONTH (OVERTIME)
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED, YOU NEED A STRONG INTERNET CONNECTION AT HOME AND A QUIET/PRIVATE WORKSPACE
TOUCH TYPING AND MS EXCEL, WORD AND OUTLOOK.
WORK ON 2 SCREENS WITH INBOUND CONTINUOUS CALLS
EXPERIENCE WORKING REMOTELY IS DESIRED
