Busy office needing assistance with document processing and review. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced office and be very detailed oriented.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clerical filing – ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Data entry
  • Pulling, renaming and filing documents into the data bases
  • Document review
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
  • Google Docs, Sheets and gmail knowledge
  • Strong and accurate typing speed 40+
  • LiveScan needed upon job offer and employment is contingent on passing it.

Company offers benefits once on their payroll, medical, dental, vision, retirement and federal holidays off

Monday through Friday – Hours are 8:00 to 4:30 with a half hour lunch, $21 per hour
