Assist customers by phone and in-person with pricing, quotes, availability, etc. Friendly, positive, and engaging demeanor over the phone with quick response. This position will handle special orders for companies and individuals. Ability to guide customers through options and obtain details for product creation. This position is the first point of contact at the front counter.
- 1+ years experience in customer service (special order background helpful)
- Take and enter new orders
- Advise customers on pricing additions, add-ons, etc.
- Use template forms
- Keen attention to detail
- Touch typing 40wpm and above
- File, scan, copy, and prepare paperwork
- Contact customers with adjustment or changes
- Work in a small team environment
Competent using MS Office. Work in custom database.
$18-$21/hr DOE schedule and hours are M-F, 8:30-5pm or 9a-5pm. Temporary-to-hire opportunity. Reliability and dependability is necessary.
