  • Document review and processing into system
  • Filing, copying, scanning, PDF conversions
  • Data entry in Excel spreadsheets
  • Back-up phones to assist clients
  • Outbound calls for updates/reminders
  • Prepare, print, and mail template forms
  • Assist with invoice proofreading and mailing
  • Touch typing at 40wpm

Busy office needs a sharp person with keen attention to the smallest details. Multi-task proficient and able to change tasks easily. Job stability is needed in your work experience.
