Long-Term temporary commitment of about 10-12 months.

Front Counter Assistance and Phones:

  • Answer multi-line department phones
  • Work with individuals who need new forms and paperwork for payroll
  • Assist with database changes and updates
  • Perform clerical task
  • Create and maintain folders
  • Spreadsheet tracking and regular updating
  • Assist ofthers in the department with office needs
  • MS Office Proficient
  • Good with numbers and details
  • Touch typing at 35wpm+

This position needs someone with regular attendance, M-F. 8a-5pm. Pass drug test and background check.

Prior experience in an accounting, payroll, or other employee-oriented jobs preferred. 2 years+ experience with good job stability
