Handle orders quickly and some troubleshooting. Provide and follow-up on quotes, assist with product information requests, and order tracking. 18 months+ in-office customer service experience handling phoned-in and online orders,
Experience in order fulfillment or Special Order Desk-type background. Retail experience in a home improvement store/office works well in the job. Call Center order processing preferred. 18 months+ experience in a order processing/fulfillment role
- Math aptitude (measurements, percentages)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick typing (35wpm+) and alpha/numeric data entry
- Intermediate Excel and Word
Pleasant, friendly, and quick to learn product information. Available to work overtime. Assists with special projects when needed.
8a-5p regular schedule. All-staff 7am meeting once each week (1 hour of overtime on meeting day)
$17.25/hr to start, room to grow.
Temporary-to-hire opportunity. Ability to learn and earn incremental pay increases after 90 days. Nice benefits once hired as regular employee.
