Front desk duties and phones
Busy multi-line phone system with customer assistance. Strong office/clerical skills and MS Windows proficiency (Excel and Word). Excellent grammar, spelling, writing/composition, and proofreading.
Assist inside sales/customer service team with clerical tasks like filing, scanning, paperwork, shipping research, and phone outreach/responses to customers.
Good job stability is needed and at least 2+ years experience handling front office responsibilities and working with customers by phone.
$18/hr, Potential temporary-to-hire opportunity. 8-4:30/5, M-F.
