Experience taking calls on a multi-line phone system, assisting customers calling in, and general office skills.
- Computer savvy, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Calendar, Docs, gmail
- Clerical tasks to support office
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
- Reliability is very important!
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
2 plus years’ experience handling front desk duties (phone calls, emails, clerical office duties)
Full-time, Temp to Hire, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, $20 to $23 DOE (depending on experience)
