Order desk (in the office) inbound/outbound customer service calls

Starting after July 4th holiday.

  • 1+ yrs experience handling busy phone orders
  • Troubleshooting, shipment tracking
  • Intermediate Excel and Word
  • Touch typing 35wpm+
  • Available to work overtime
  • Work with new and existing customers
  • Good math aptitude (measurements, percentages)

Temporary-to-hire placement. 8-5 regular schedule with 7am meetings one day each week and overtime as needed.

Pleasant, friendly, and quick learning product information. $17.25/hr with ability to learn more about product lines, and earn pay increases after 90 days. Reliability is necessary.
