Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years Administrative experience.

  • Able to work some evenings and weekends for events (overtime)
  • Work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-4pm
  • Friendly, positive, professional demeanor
  • High level of computer aptitude to navigate and use: MS Office, Google Workspace, and learn/adapt to evolving technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Manage phone calls, emails, in-person visits and interactions
  • Inquiry tracking and response
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, analyze data
  • Update/maintain database
  • Calendaring/and cross-check for mutliple people
  • Organize meeting, arrange equipment, etc.
  • Process documents, file storage (digital and paper)
  • General office tasks

Position is a high visibility role, needs someone with utmost level of confidentiality, and enjoys working with the public.

$25-$30/hr DOE , Nice benefits package once hired as a regular employee. Position is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
