Administrative Assistant $22.00 hourly Simi Valley, CA


Department Admin Assistant with at least 2 or more years at your last position handling admnistrative/office duties.

Compliance and document review, working with DocuSign, data entry, spreadsheets, and general office tasks for the team. Position is a multi-task, highly detailed job. Flexibility to change duties easily and a team approach is needed. Will assist other departments with time-sensitive tasks.

  • MS Office proficient
  • Google Workspace familiarity
  • Experience using DocuSign
  • Digital and paper record keeping
  • Ptich-in style
  • Positive attitude and focus is necessary

8a-4:30p, M-F. Position is possible temporary-to-hire role
