Office Assistant $19.00 – $21.00 Santa Clarita, CA


Experienced Receptionist needed in a Santa Clarita Valley office. We have an immediate opening for a highly organized candidate with strong communication skills. Duties will include:

  • Answer phones and assist office visitors
  • Respond to email correspondence
  • Create and update client accounts
  • Coordinate office calendar regarding schedule, meetings and events
  • Prepares materials for mailing and distributes mail.
  • Assist with data entry projects
  • Provide daily clerical support as needed

Hours:  IN OFFICE, Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm. Candidates must be available to work in the physical location each day.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-Years of Receptionist experience.
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Reliable, organized, detail oriented
