Experienced Receptionist needed in a Santa Clarita Valley office. We have an immediate opening for a highly organized candidate with strong communication skills. Duties will include:
- Answer phones and assist office visitors
- Respond to email correspondence
- Create and update client accounts
- Coordinate office calendar regarding schedule, meetings and events
- Prepares materials for mailing and distributes mail.
- Assist with data entry projects
- Provide daily clerical support as needed
Hours: IN OFFICE, Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm. Candidates must be available to work in the physical location each day.
Preferred Experience:
- 2-Years of Receptionist experience.
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Reliable, organized, detail oriented
