Duties: – Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets – Organize and maintain files – Transcribe data from various sources into digital format – Assist with data collection and analysis – Support administrative tasks such as order entry and document filing – Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data – Provide general clerical support as needed

Experience: – Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform basic functions – Strong organizational skills with attention to detail – Excellent typing skills and accuracy in data entry – Familiarity with basic office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
