-Front desk reception, heavy call volume and general administration duties with 4 departments, mail, scan and file.
-Very fast paced position and previous phone experience.
-Very organized and fast learner with good Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
-Seeking a candidate that is reliable, dependable and accurate.
-Print out letters, certificates, packaging for mail and entering tracking data into spreadsheet.
-Restock breakroom and supply room.
Temp to Hire, Full time, Benefits offered. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30pm with a 1/2 hour lunch. Cleared LiveScan is needed before you can start.
