Busy non-profit has an immediate opening for an experienced Recruiter. Will support the HR team IN OFFICE at the physical location.

Manage applicant tracking system
Assist with implementation of recruiting strategy
Manage applicant pool
Post job ads to various recruiting sites
Screen potential candidates
Conduct interviews
Assist with onboarding
General administrative duties related to recruiting process and supporting HR team
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree.

We are seeking candidates with at least 2-3 years of related experience.

Experience with MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems is preferred.

Candidates should have stable and verifiable employment history and will be subject to criminal background check as well as additional screening upon offer of employment.

Candidates must be fully vaccinated.

This position requires exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively represent the organization at recruitment meetings, college visits and career fairs.

Career position is temp to hire.
