Experienced Office Coordinator needed in a Canoga Park construction office. Immediate opening for a highly organized candidate with strong communication skills. Duties will include:
Correspond with multiple departments regarding current or upcoming projects
Maintain filing system to include records, copies of contracts, etc.
Coordinate office calendar regarding schedule, meetings and events
Prepares materials for mailing and distributes mail.
Update job folders
Respond to telephone and email inquiries
Provide daily administrative support as needed
Hours: works IN OFFICE, Monday – Friday from 7:30am-4pm. Candidates must be available to work in a physical location each day.
Preferred Experience:
2-Years of Office Administration
Proficient MS Office skills
Reliable, organized, detail oriented
