Respond to phone calls and emails
Schedule and verify appointments
Provide support to office visitors
Assist with data entry and clerical duties
Scan and file documents
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
We are seeking a friendly, reliable candidate with 6 months of general office experience.

Ideal candidates have intermediate level computer skills and type 40wpm.

We are seeking a strong communicator who is reliable and trainable.

Position is temp o hire.
