Inbound calls to help with document requests. Ability to handle large volume, enter data on spreadsheet, track paperwork, clerical tasks including filing (alpha and numeric), business email, faxing. Highly detailed position with aptitude to do repetitive tasks. Able to lift up to 15lbs of files for sorting, archiving and searching.

Tough typing 30wpm
MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Google Workspace a plus)
Excellent grammar and spelling
Friendly, upbeat phone demeanor
High School diploma or GED
8am-4:30pm, M-F.
