High energy office has an immeidate opening for a phone friendly Assistant to perform Reception and Office Support duties.
They are a fast paced office, seeking a friendly candidate who communicates effectively and is comfortable using multiple computer programs. This is a responsible position, which requires a reliable and self motivated candidate.
This is a full time, IN OFFICE position. Candidates should be available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Daily tasks include:
Answer phones and respond to incoming emails
Provide support to office visitors-greeting and directing appropriately
Scan and file documents
Process and distribute incoming mail, send mail and packages
Data entry and general duties as assigned.
Strong and effective communicator
Intermediate skills in MS Office. Internet savvy
Type 40 wpm
Dependable, ethical team player
At least 1-2 years of related office experience.
Bi-Lingual Spanish is desirable
