Experienced Executive Assistant needed in a busy non-profit organization to provide direct support to the company President.
Responsibilities will include meeting and calendar management, internal and external correspondence, coordination of travel, updating reports, records and data, and daily general administrative duties as assigned.
We are seeking a candidate with at least 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience. Candidates must have proficient computer skills.
This position will be IN OFFICE. Candidates must be able to report in person to an office, daily.
We are seeking a candidate with a 4 year degree from an accredited university.
Position is temporary with the potential for direct hire.
