Highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator needed to support a fast paced Northridge office.

A friendly construction company seeking a detailed, computer savvy assistant.

Will manage correspondence, update and manage calendar, update client files and budget reports and perform daily administrative functions as assigned.

We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of related experience.

Position requires MS Word and Excel skills.

Candidates should have stable employment history and will be subject to drug and background screening upon offer of employment.
