Admin Assistant $18.00 – $20.00 hourly Ventura, CA



Open and route incoming email, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Compose routine correspondence, compile records and reports, prepare inventory of office supplies, process daily shipping via online portal, routine copy and binding projects. Backs up receptionist and mail services. Special projects as assigned. 8am-5pm, M-F

MS Office or Google Workspace proficient with docs, sheets/spreadsheets, drive, email, calendar.
2 years office experience in administrative capacity. Associates degree or above.
