Administrative Support Specialist $18.50 – $19.00 hourly Simi Valley, CA


Organize record keeping documents, handle inquiries, monitor and process inbound internal and external mail requests for documents.Create, sort, store digital/paper electronic files. Heavy data entry needed to enter new files into the database and track/maintain and organize information.

Excellent customer service and time management skills. Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accurate typist with 35+ words per minute.
