Fast paced employee benefits office has an immediate opening for a highly organized and detailed Administrative Specialist. Will work primarily with the Client Service/Sales Departments, but we are looking for a flexible candidate to join this team.
Duties will include daily email and telephone correspondence, verification of contract details, communication with vendors and providers, and updating internal reports as needed.
This position is IN OFFICE. Candidates will work in office Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. There is potential to work a partial remote schedule, once training is complete, but this will never be a fully remote role.
We are seeking a candidate with at least 1-2 years of related administrative/clerical support experience, in a busy environment.
Must have proficient skills in MS Office, with strong typing skills.
Ideal candidates will have achieved an Associate’s Degree or better; candidates working toward their degree will also be considered.
