Assistant Office Manager $30.00 – $34.00 hourly Westlake Village, CA



Office Manager experience of 2 or more years in a business office is needed. Occasional overtime and take meeting minutes (after hours once or twice per month on average).

Work with office-based/tenant services and vendors. Busy phone daily activity, emails, calendaring, coordination, project management and documentation. Will train with their management staff.

Very strong Excel skills
Proficiency in Word, Outlook
PowerPoint preferred
Experience taking meeting minutes and preparing for distribution
Project coordination and multi-tasking
Professional demeanor and appearance
