BRANCH MANAGER

Must be willing to be trained/onboarding in Miami for 1-2 weeks.

The Branch Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership in the showroom and warehouse, executing solid sales and operational excellence in customer service, production and Inventory

Control. Responsibilities: Hires and trains candidates for entry level roles, oversees the day-to-day workflow, and conducts performance evaluations. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office (or related software) ability to develop and maintain budgets.

Education and Experience: BA degree in Business or more on the job experience at least two year of retail experience in similar industry. The company offers bonus from 5% to 25% based on financial objectives. This is a direct hire position. Will follow up with benefits offered.
