A high profile Santa Clarita Valley office has an immediate opening for an experienced Escrow Coordinator.

The Escrow Coordinator works with Lenders and Title Companies to ensure all escrow requirements are met from inception to close.

Responsible for:

Compiling the timely distribution of weekly sales and escrow tracking reports.
Oversee all aspects of the sales purchase agreement process and coordination of escrow closing
Coordinate closing process with internal departments, lenders, realtors, and title companies ensuring completeness and timeliness of status updates for customers in the backlog.
Manage all escrow and sales department files and all department related paperwork
Compile the contract packages for all new communities and ensure sales agents have the proper contract, property and tax disclosures, lot exhibits and homeowner association documents needed to sell the homes.
Review and audit contract documents for accuracy and completeness for the required signatures and initials from buyer and seller.
Regular and consistent follow-up for all contract deficiencies with buyer, sales, lenders, and escrow.
Process amendments, cancellation amendments, option, and flooring orders.
Update sales and escrow data as necessary
Upload all sale, escrow documents, contracts, amendments, city finals and certificate of occupancy into system
Approve all estimated closing statements, amendments, and lender documentation for closings.
Desired Qualifications Include:

2+ years of Escrow experience is preferred
High School Diploma; post high school education is desirable.
Detail oriented and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
