New position needs someone with customer service and office skills. Will contact individuals to assist with questions, concerns, document requests, and repairs. Excellent ability to multi-task and work on different projects “in-process” for multiple locations. Highly detailed and very computer savvy. Co is transitioning to a new software system and MS Office proficiency is needed too. Helpful and respectful person needed with ability to work well with others. Excellent documentation and follow skills are needed.
Attend evening meetings throughout the month as needed to take minutes & prepare them with extra pay.
3+ years administrative/customer service skills preferred.
M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm.Temporary-to-hire opportunity.
