Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this busy department! Answer inbound question/inquiries & handle requests for documents. Return phone messages and log requested details into Google Workspace and/or Excel spreadsheet. Capable of explaining simple document request instructions via telephone and email. Handle signature needs by mail, fax or email. Electronic and paper record keeping skills. Copy, file, print, fax, scan documents and files.

Highly detailed skills are needed with pitch-in work style in this fast-paced department. Prioritization and follow-up skills to complete daily tasks. Work within a team to meet timelines and duties are divided among the team for completion.. Position preps for other departments and needs high level of accuracy.

Basic level or better in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Google Workspace experience is a +. Prioritization and follow-up skills to complete daily tasks

High school diploma or GED required. College courses and/or degree preferred.

8am-4:30pm, M-F
